Homemade Capricciosa Pizza

Hi Y'all,
today I made myself a pizza and decided to post it here, because my last food post was literally before Christmas. My favorite pizza is capricciosa, especially with a lot of mushrooms. Also, I really like spicy taste, so I'll discover you my little tips how to get it hot as Beyonce's Sauce!


400g Pizza dough 
60g mushrooms
200g ham
150 g Gouda cheese
80g Tomato sauce 
Oregano (optional)
Hot pepper (optional)


Preheat your oven to 200°C

Shape your pizza dough in a round form and roll ends to get those puffy edges.
Next step is to prepare your sauce. My secret for spicy taste is mixing 80 grams of Tomato sauce with a few spoons of hot ketchup and pinch of chili. Now you can put this on a pizza dough and you're ready for a topping! 
 First, you should grate ham and cheese, but if you don't like it, just put slices on, like you're going to do with a mushrooms.
Lastly, sprinkle some oregano and put a hot pepper for that extra hot taste.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden-brown and cheese looks toasty.

Slice it into pieces and serve.
