Sugar-free Plums dessert

I’m not big lover of fruit desserts, however it’s safe to say this is my favorite dessert with plums! You can just imagine how delicious it is when my granny (who don’t like recipes that I find on Internet) asked me for the recipe! It’s really simple and you can serve it with milk and few drop of honey if it’s not sweet enough.

Ingredients
4 Eggs
15 ml Stevia
20 g Vanilla Sugar
150 g Flour
12 g Baking Powder
80 g Melted Butter
10 Blue Plums
Rum

Method
Preheat your oven to 180° C.

Put eggs, stevia, vanilla sugar and few drops of rum in the bowl and mix it.
Add melted butter, flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Cover the pan with baking paper and pour the mixture.
After you wash your plums, remove seeds and cut in half.
Put your plums on the mixture that’s in pan.
Bake around 35-40 minutes or until cake test is done.
